The Wait is Over - Castle & Key's First Whiskey Release is Here

We are thrilled to share that the first Castle & Key aged spirit, Restoration Rye Whiskey, will be available this week. Restoration Rye, a name that speaks to the restoration of the property, will be released in two batches. Our product strategy focuses on creating spirits with consistency of high quality, rather than consistency of flavor. No whiskey release from Castle & Key will ever taste exactly the same.

This long-awaited release also introduces a new look for Castle & Key spirits, featuring a bespoke glass bottle and artistic labels designed to honor the history of our property, those who helped restore the property to its former glory, and the imaginative team that crafted our spirits. What was once known as Restoration Release Gin and Vodka will now be Roots of Ruin Gin and Sacred Spring Vodka.

The newly designed portfolio of spirits will officially be available at the distillery on Friday, December 4th. Reservations are required to visit Castle & Key Distillery. Book Your Reservation Consumers will start to see the newly designed Castle & Key spirits on shelves in Kentucky, Tennessee, Indiana, Georgia, and Texas starting in December.

In addition to visiting the grounds, we are offering a Reserve Your Bottle program that allows for advanced purchase of spirits to be picked up during designated times. Consumers are able to reserve up to six bottles total per day through our website with batches subject to availability. If you choose to purchase six bottles in advance, you will not be able to purchase additional spirits when you arrive. Reserve Your Bottle
